The Challenge

Following the pandemic, a large-scale company (identity undisclosed) wishes to reposition their place of business in order to facilitate a smooth and rewarding return to the office for 250 people.

The Response

The approach adopted for the ideation of the head offices aims to elevate the office's role within the employer brand by enhancing the employee experience and promoting the company's distinctive corporate culture and business model. This reimagined space becomes a place of community, well-being, and personal growth, going beyond the purely utilitarian aspect of work. Its design encourages spontaneous encounters and informal networking to break down silos, foster cross-team collaboration, and boost operational agility, complementing the company’s remote work (work from home) offering.
