The City of Vaudreuil-Dorion seeks to obtain a visualization of the future Harwood Boulevard area, which will become the central axis and focal point of the 84-hectare territory targeted by the Harwood - de Lotbinière PPU, following the diversion of Highway A-20.

The project aims to enhance redevelopment through the reconfiguration of the road network, densification of the built environment, and the greening and improvement of the living environment. The former public transit route becomes the backbone of a new exemplary mixed-use neighborhood, following a TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) approach to urban densification and greening, as advocated by the Metropolitan Land Use and Development Plan (PMAD)
