The Challenge
The challenge was to insert a multi-residential project on Broadway Avenue, a neighborhood predominantly made up of single-family homes, on a tight site requiring a compact building that is seamlessly integrated into the existing urban fabric.
The Response
The project features a small, innovative residential building designed to fit the scale of the neighborhood and comply with the Specific Urban Planning Plan. The design optimizes the use of the site while creating continuity with the surrounding houses, offering a successful example of thoughtful urban integration in eastern Montreal.
